Class Descriptions

Abs / Butts A 30 min low impact, easy to follow class that focuses on your abbs and butts!
Aero Circuit Various exercise stations are set up around the Aerobics Room, giving you a complete cardio & strength training workout. A fat-burning class with a difference!
Body Firm A non-impact class using barbells and weights. A great all over toning workout using light weights and repetition.
Body Firm Tech A 15 minute class to instruct you on the correct technique & weights to use in a Body Firm class.
Body Shape A great all over muscle toning class using weights, step & floor exercises. Focus on abbs, butts & thighs. Suitable for all levels.
Boxing Using boxing gloves, mitts and boxing techniques you will get a great cardio workout.
Boxing circuit Using boxing gloves, mitts and boxing techniques you will get a great cardio workout.
Cardio Blast Designed to burn fat! A Hi/Lo impact class with simple choreography. This class will get your heart rate up plus you will be toning your abbs, butts & thighs!
CLOSED
Core & Stretch A 30 min workout focusing on stretching and your abdominal muscles.
Cycle A 60 Minute class comprising 45 minutes Cycling & 15minutes Stretching. Fastest way to burn calories and increase fitness. Instructor takes a class on a cycle through different terrains. Ideal for beginners as you are in control of bikes resistance level.
Group Cycling Fastest way to burn calories and increase fitness. Instructor takes a class on a cycle through different terrains. Ideal for beginners as you are in control of bikes resistence level.This class will be introduced as our membership base increases.
Indoor Boot Camp Do you want a challenge? This class is designed to push you beyond what you thought you were capable of! Great for increasing your fitness!
Kettle Bell Circuit Is a wieghted ball with handle for toning and shaping the body in a circuit class
NORMAL HOURS
OPEN 8am-1pm
Outdoor Boot Camp Train with a group outdoors!.A fat-burning workout with variety! Different exercise stations will offer cardio and resistance training to give results. Bring a towel and a bottle of water.
OUTDOOR CLASSES
Pilates Aims to develop the body's "centre" in order to create a stable core for all types of movement. Increases flexibility, posture and reduces risk of back injury.
Running Club Suitable for Runners & Walkers, the RAW Club is a mixed group of accomplished runners and ladies wanting to learn to run. Book at reception and find out where to meet.
Step A chreographed series of movements, stepping up and down on to a platform. A cardiovascular, fat-burning workout!
Tums Bums & Thighs
Xpress Boxing An intense 30 minutes of pure boxing.
Yoga “Hatha Yoga” increases flexibility, suppleness, inner strength and can aid in stress management. Beginners welcome.
Zumba Latin Rythmns & resistance training combined to create a cardio class that excites and energizes.
