A 30 min low impact, easy to follow class that focuses on your abbs and butts! |
| Aero Circuit |
Various exercise stations are set up around the Aerobics Room, giving you a complete cardio & strength training workout. A fat-burning class with a difference! |

A non-impact class using barbells and weights. A great all over toning workout using light weights and repetition. |
| Body Firm Tech |
A 15 minute class to instruct you on the correct technique & weights to use in a Body Firm class. |
| Body Shape |
A great all over muscle toning class using weights, step & floor exercises. Focus on abbs, butts & thighs. Suitable for all levels. |

Using boxing gloves, mitts and boxing techniques you will get a great cardio workout. |

| Cardio Blast |

A 60 Minute class comprising 45 minutes Cycling & 15minutes Stretching. Fastest way to burn calories and increase fitness. Instructor takes a class on a cycle through different terrains. Ideal for beginners as you are in control of bikes resistance level. |

Fastest way to burn calories and increase fitness. Instructor takes a class on a cycle through different terrains. Ideal for beginners as you are in control of bikes resistence level.This class will be introduced as our membership base increases. |
